We only ship within the United States (Including Contiguous and Non-Contiguous U.S states and territories)

We offer $2.00 flat rate shipping per unit on all domestic orders.

All our orders are shipped within 1 business day.Please note: All orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM EST will be shipped on the following Monday.   

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the shipping options you choose.

Returns Policy

We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction and hope that your order will meet your expectations.

Since we stand behind our authentic, first quality products, you may return an unopened, unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of an error by BeautyBox Direct (you received incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Include a copy of your packing slip and RMA# with your return shipment. You MUST obtain an RMA number before returning your product to BeautyBox Direct. Any packages returned without an RMA number will be automatically refused.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
